"Very good"
The staff was helpful. They helped me with many suggestions for the trip. Breakfast spread was not very wide, but it was sufficient for me. The chai (tea) was good. The location was great, only about 300 metres from Orabi metro station.

Location is good. Beds are ok, sheets are clean. Staff is kind. There is a cafeteria upstairs, the prices are locql prices.

This is the worst experience I ever had with a hotel. Booking.com should do some filtering before add hotel in their data base. There is no way for a visitor to live in this hotel. I was lucky because I had my linen (bed cover, pillow, towel etc with me. I believe that this hotel is good for only local street beggar. There is no match with the pictures and the actual hotel.

Comparing with its very-value rate, location, facility, clean-ness and staff handlings, I would give it OUTSTANDING GRADE. Brother Suliman, the afternoon receptionist is doing an excellent care with guests, facilitating all their needs in& outside the hotel if needed with cheerful face, I mean he is directing guests to the best locations for works and pleasure. I extended my stay and would come back @soonest. Thanks all
